It seems i always have dreams of the house i grew up in (not even "grew up in) My dads house that i lived in from age13 to 18. All through my childhood we moved around a lot, this house is where i lived in he longest.(My Dad sold it 7 years ago) Anyway, The scenario is always different , but a lot of my dreams take place in this house..my old room (in my dream) is exactly how it was. THe situation in my dreams always seems to be we're living in the house but it is to be sold soon, or the new owners are gonna take ownership really soon. Why do i keep having dreams of this house?

Dreaming of your childhood home signifies your Self!
Relate everything you saw in your dream to your personality – your emotions, feelings, even health.
I think you’ll be the best interpreter for your dream as soon as you contemplate about it.
I can only suggest that it’s a kind of a release dream for you… your repressed emotions of insecurity / your home can be sold away!/ strive to be relieved at night.
What I know for sure that ‘house’ dreams are very significant for every person, and your dreams are even more so, as they happen to be recurring!

According to Dreamcrowd:

To dream of your childhood, indicates your wish to return to a life where you had little responsibility and worries. It also represents innocence. Alternatively, it suggests that certain aspects of your childhood has not yet been integrated into your adult personality. Or on the other hand, some childhood anxiety has yet to be resolved in your adult life.

Having to move all through your childhood must have been hard. Most people like to have familiar surroundings. For example, the place I live now is not my top choice of where I would like to live but it is comfortable because it is familiar. I enjoy seeing the same streets, the same people working in the businesses close by etc...I guess the reason you dream about it is because it is the most familiar place in your memory.

maybe that house is where you felt the most secure or happy.maybe you are unsure of things now and this makes you feel safer.i often dream of my childhood home.i think because i miss my family and the age of innocence that i had for most of my life spent there.but maybe i wish i could go back and change things somehow and maybe my mom wouldn't have died so young and so many other awful things might not have happened.but that is just wishful thinking i guess.
