Yes, I got very depressed and I got counseling. I took antidepressants and a special diet. As my counselor said, I got ok in 6 months. It is very normal to feel sad and get depressed after a break up.
My break up was after 18 Months of a relationship and it was 12 years ago. I learn a lot of it.
The main thing is that I learned to over come tough situations and I learned that I will always overcome the pain.
