Your situation is utterly unclear - are you in Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland?
In your other posts, you keep saying that you have to leave because your passport expires, yet you also say it is brand new and good for many years? Why were you given only 90 days to stay, when Americans are generally given 180 days, with no visa required (for Northern Ireland)?
If you are in Northern Ireland, generally no extensions are permitted after a stay of 180 days, except for health reasons. You should address your inquiries to:
Croydon Public Caller Unit
Lunar House
40 Wellesley Road
Croydon CR9 2BY
General enquiries: (+44) (0)870 606 7766
Application forms: (+44) (0)870 241 0645
Email: indpublicenquiries@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
Website: www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk
If you are in the Republic of Ireland, you should apply for an extension through the Irish Department of Justice in Dublin within your original 90 day stay, or you must leave or be considered to be in the country illegally.

sorry but the north of Ireland falls under the jurisdiction of Britain. if they say 90 days then its 90 days. get an extension on your visa if you can. alternatively you can leave this piss sodden hole never to return. I'm from the north of Ireland and its doomed! its my home i was born here and I'll die here you have the option of going home. depending on which side of the divide your living in and mixing with you will be sucked into allegiance to one or the other. seriously the 6 counties are in serious trouble leave while you can.

Hi
I assume that your passport is from outside the EC.
You have two choices, leave Northern Ireland for 1 day. Dublin is well worth a visit. Then return and start another 90 days.
If your passport is from a failing Eastern Europe Country the you could "Lose" it and become a refugee. That way the stupid British government will find it almost impossible to deport you and if you play the system they will even provide you with enough money to prevent starvation and they will put a roof over your head.
There are many sites with details. A Google search will find them.

If you have the means to support yourself and are able to prove it, you should be able to get an extended tourist visa, but you will need to make a formal application. Call your home country's consulate and ask for advice about what you need to do.
