Hahaha! I bought my son a t-shirt that said that very thing. "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." However, being a diabetic and not being able to drink, I would have to say that marijuana is also proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.

Oh David how wrong you can be. It is chocolate. Ben was wrong. It has to be chocolate LOL
However after seeing the other poster put something up about Margaritas I think that must be second. A strawberry Margarita with sugar on the rim. Ben never had one of those I am sure so he migh have changed his mind if he had.

No. See, from the bible we know the world is about 6000 years old. Beer is at least 7000 years old - so it's actually older than the universe.

Also - american beer is only about six-proof. It's like making love in a canoe, if you catch the reference.

Franklin was also a member of the Hellfire Club and liked to sit naked in his window (thank you History Channel).

Beer is proof of fermentation; it's proof that yeast loves us.

So what if Tim Leary said LSD is proof that Zeus loves us? What of that?

Some of the founders were slave owners, so yes, they could be wrong. Very wrong.
