your not going to be able to admit yourself in a psych Hospital. you are under aged. Talk to your parents about how out of control you feel , and what you have just wrote about. Your family and the professionals are the best people to help you and do what is best for you.

i think your being very brave by speaking up, even f it is online. You know your behavior is self-destructive, you just have no idea how to help yourself.
All I can say is try and find something positive about your life to focus on. Do you enjoy drawing? Have you a diary? It wont change until you learn a new way of thinking. Try and find one good thing that happened today and focus on that instead of all the negative stuff. Think how happy your Mum and Dad or a friend will be to see you smile.
Maybe to prepare for your therapist, write down all the stuff you have been thinking about, just writing it down will help a little, and it will be a good way to start things off.
As for what should happen to you, you should look at yourself and go 'hey, I look good'. Then go out with no drugs, no self harm, have a good time, relax and start getting better.

Hey, you need to value yourself more. When you sink into depression, you are convinced you do not count in this world, but that isn't true. And when you indulge in self destructive behavior, it is more of the same.
I'm so sorry that these bad things happened to your friends, but they don't have to happen to you. You can see that therapist regularly, listen carefully to what she is telling you, and try to select the best path for yourself.
It has been proven that exercise helps depression, so don't forget a daily walk or a work-out. Forget the weight, just try to be healthy. Try to eat sensibly and don't place your worth in your weight. There are lots of other things far more important than a pound or two.
Stay with your therapist and always remember, you are a unique, worthwhile individual. No one can take that away from you. It is yours! Value yourself as a person worth caring about and the rest of life will fall into place.
Good luck! And let us know how you are coming along.

I would call your therapist today, even on the weekend there is somebody on call. Tell them everything that is going on. If you are scared of your parents then leave the house and go to an Emergency Room. You deserve to get help now. Oh and by the way, I was messed up at your age and I feel a lot better now!

Your family, is your problem...you are being put under too much stress, to be 'perfect'..and you are probably stumbling around, because of the pills you are taking to try to deal with these issues...as far as your friend is concerned, this is a criminal act on the part of the 29 year old male, married on top of this..this is child molestation..and rape, call the police, and believe me, she will feel better, you will feel better, and the creep won't be doing this for a while to anyone, and his wife will feel better...as far as your anxiety is concerned... you can't get better, until you get out of the horrific situation I think you are in...I already told you about the anorexia, these are all simply things that are skirting the true issue...are you having problems with someone at home doing things to you that they shouldn't be doing and no one will listen?..please honey, call the police now while you are a little girl and get some action going..do'nt let the sins and evils of others, ruin your life anymore. and please, call the police on that monster who did that to you friend,..

I'm so sorry about your friends and everything. it's good that you want to get cured. I know it sounds dumb, but group therapy can be VERY helpful (I've been through almost everything you have) My parents forced me to do it, and i would NOT participate for the first few months, but once you open up it really helps. I would recommend looking into that. only two years ago seems like an eternity. Good luck. =]

Ask your therapist if your app't can be moved up and if you are really desperate go to the E.R. for help. Hang in sweetie there is help available and you do not have to carry the load alone.

You are doing the most important thing by going to a therapist.
Your therapist will go over the plan of action and help you learn to cope with your day to day problems.

Yes, you should get some help as soon as you can. Be honest with your parents about this. You'll be glad you did. Best of luck to you.

First of all, stop that cutting. It's just silly. Go see your doctor and get your meds changed. That is about all you can do. Do't worry about what happened to other people. I bet they aren't worried about you.
