The most common translation into Italian of the English word 'regrets' is "rimpianti" and nobody here above has quoted it....!! Probably too many on-line translators used also by "native" speakers. However "rimorsi" is also correct but I've heard it less used in this context.

Vivi senza scuse e ama senza rimorsi. Note that when you write it, you would put "ed ama," but when spoken the d is not pronounced.
