This is not meant to belittle or sound condescending.

My family is Jewish but I an not religious and find the whole concept of religion as a money making business scheme.

I'm not saying I'm an atheist but the concept of a single god that created the heavens, etc... is a pretty far fetched. And even if it is true, that there is an afterlife of paradise and bliss, it would be a progressive metamorphasis that all life experiences, not a god "judging us at the Pearly Gates"

Anyway here's the question, actually two questions:

As I understand it, Christian ideology states that anyone who does not accept God and Jesus as their savior will burn in eternal damnation.

1) Does that mean all Jews go to hell? I've been told by some that yes, Jews don't accept Jesus as their savior and therefore go to hell. I've also been told that Jews are "God's chosen" and all Jews go to heaven regardless of their actions on Earth.

2) Is Gandhi in hell, he did not believe Jesus was a savior?

Jews ideology states that anyone who does not accept the one God as their savior will burn in eternal damnation.

Christians ideology states that anyone who does not accept God and Jesus as their savior will burn in eternal damnation, and each Christian party think that other Christian parties will burn in eternal damnation too because of deferent creeds of Jesus.

Muslims ideology states that anyone who does not accept the one God as their savior and creator, and has no one like him, will burn in eternal damnation.

to get the truth use your own mind and read Bibles, and Qur'aan, then take your decision.

Shaloam..Glad you asked! Every living person is going to be judged by God Himself. Not EVERYBODY is going to Heaven or Hell, Jew or Christian! Revelation Chapter 22.

Knowledgeable Christians Know this: the Wife (Jews) and Christians (The Bride or Chruch) will be together. It is a fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy. Replacement theology is incorrect. The Church never replaced the Jews! You will have to read: Isaiah Chapters 65-66, Joel 2, Revelation Chapters 7 and 19 . Pray for each other!

Yes, Gandhi rejected Jesus and Jesus is the only way to the Father God and eternal life. As the Bible teaches rejecting Jesus is deserving of hell.

Believe it or not, but the Bible says the Jewish remnant who is your generation will look upon Jesus and they will weep for Jesus as a father weeps for an only son. And all Jerusalem will be saved. Jesus said, that He would not return until the Jews shouted "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord."

There are many Christians standing with the Jewish people at this very moment and I am one of them.

First of all there are some Jewish people that do follow Christ as their Savior. They are called Messianic Jews. So to answer your question not all Jewish people will go to hell. As the Messianic follow Jewish traditions.

And about Gandhi, being good doesn't get you into heaven. No matter how esteemed you are here on earth. So if Gandhi didn't receive Christ as his Savior, sadly he is now in hell.

I'm not sure I agree with the "burn in eternal damnation" thing...I haven't seen that particular phrase in the bible. My bible says that the wages of sin are death. My Christian belief says that if you accepting Jesus as your savior, you will have an eternal life in the presence of God. ...death, hell and the rest of that is just speculation about what it will mean to die without knowing God.

1. I believe that the bible says that "ALL Israel will be saved"...note the emphasis on "all". Jesus said "no man comes to the father but through me". I don't pretend to know how both verses will come to pass, but I believe both are true statements...that somehow, God will save all Israel and they will acknowledge Jesus.

I would totally disagree with the idea that all Jews go to heaven regardless of their actions on Earth. Yes, the Jews are God's chosen people and he gave them a VERY strict set of rules to follow if they want to achieve "righteousness" (something that's required to live in the presence of God). Jews that follow those laws on earth will be rewarded by God via his original covenant with them. Jews that reject the covenant of the law will be in the same boat of as the rest of the world.

2. I can't possibly judge the soul of another person. I believe that if Gandhi did not have a relationship with God, then God did not invite him to spend eternity with him. If he didn't know God, he died the same as every other person on earth and whatever that death means (hell, the grave, whatever) the outcomes had NOTHING to do with what he did during this life. We aren't sent to hell because of our actions...hell is the natural consequence of death...it is where EVERY person is destined to go by virtue of their mortality. God simply offers us an alternative...that if we accept his gift, we can have victory over death and an eternal existence with him. If Gandhi (or any one else) didn't accept God's invitation at some point, he is in hell (whatever that means).

I love these kinds of questions for the simple fact it was the Jews who originally started Christianity in the first place. The fact that Christ and the disciples WERE Jews seems to forever escape most people's attention.
As for the Jews not accepting and believing Christ as the messiah, it applies to Jew and Gentile alike. As for Ghandi, who can say. The man was certainly aware of who Christ was and His significance to the world, so who can really say what realization Ghandi came to in his own mind about such matters. Christ Himself said that there would be many of the least expected entering the kingdom of Heaven while those who "thought" they were a "shoe-in" would be rejected. It's best for a man or woman to work on their own salvation and stop speculating so much about others.

I base my belief on what Jesus said - everything he said. Jesus said that unless you are born again (accepting Jesus as your Lord and savior) you will not enter the kingdom of God. I am not judging you, I am merely stating what Jesus says about going to heaven. God says that if you reject Jesus, his only son, you are rejecting him as well. I choose to believe this is true. I do think that after Jesus returns many Jews will accept him turing the tribulation period. Jews are God's chosen people but they have rejected God by not believing on Jesus Christ.

1)Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but through Me." He also said to the Jews, "Unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your sins." (Cf. John 14:6; John 8:24)
Moses himself pointed to Jesus, and said that if the people did not believe in Him, they would be cut off. (Deut18:15)

2)"All who sin apart from the law ( who don't know the law ) will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law ( who know the law ) will be judged by the law. For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God's sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous."(Romans 2:12-13). This clearly states that if you do not know about God and His laws you will not go to hell as long as you obey His laws; like the ten commandements and such. Gandhi most likely fell into this category, he did good but wasn't a christian but if he knew about christianity God's judgement upon him will be different.

well
First off the whole concept that there is only one God is the basis of Christianity. The trinity Father, Son, Holy Spirit is also a fundamental of Christianity..

With that said, there is only one way to enter into the only kingdom that exists after this life.
The one and only kingdom has a King and he is Jesus Christ and he shed his blood so that we could be without sin and enter in.
Now if there is only one Kingdom and one King, then why is it not reasonable to accept that there is only one way to enter. Also the King is the one that makes the rules and he is also the creator. It is HIS Kingdom and he rules.
Anyone that tries to enter in any other way can not make it. There are rules to everything and the Bible has the rules of God and what we must do to comply..
If you don't want Jesus, then why would you ever want to enter into a place where he is the King and all of his subjects LOVE and WORSHIP HIM???

Mat 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Mat 5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Jesus says I am the way the truth and the life no man can go to the father except thru me,and salvation is not obtained by no other,so anyone that does not except Jesus as their personal savior is refusing salvation and thats eternal separation
