It can help, but you can get drunk or even die from drinking too much water. If you drink a couple of glasses of water before you eat, and water with your meal, you will feel full faster and eat less. Water will also help your system process the food faster, up to a point. It will also dissolve some of the vitamins in the food, so you may need to use a vitamin/mineral supplement. DO NOT drink water that has vitamins/minerals added if you take a pill supplement, and watch out for other food you eat that has added supplements.

Yes. But not in a good way IF you over do it. Around 8 glasses a day is plenty. Drinking water helps curb you're appetite a bit and flushes toxins out of the body. A responsible diet with water and regular cardio exercise is the way to go.

water cleans out the toxins in your kidneys too.
you should always drink alot of water.
it also has no calories and no fat.
also no sodium.
so its very healthy.
