Its a hotpoint fridge freezer called (ice diamond)
green light was always on but now a red light is on as well .
freezer not keeping food fully frozen does anybody know whats wrong and how to fix problem

why dont u try boosting it up to higest level on the thermostat. see if it keeps it at its coolest. it might need looking at or changing possibly.
