Aside from medication, there's not much that will help. I tried exercise, herbs, prayer, diet, meditation, and nothing helped. I take Ativan 2 mg. for anxiety and it works great. That's been my experience. Good luck!

There are two major types of anxiety. In one, there is an identifiable cause, a trigger that started it, and that you are aware of. In the other, it's generalised anxiety about anything and everything, and many of the things that appear to trigger it are familiar to you. They're things you've been doing daily or regularly for years, without any problem, and which don't in themselves represent anything that could cause your anxiety.

If you can think back to the beginning of September and identify some change in your life or your circumstances that might have caused it, that would identify the reason for the problem. Then you would need to assess that cause as it now is, as things have worked out in your life to date in relation to it, and see if you have actually made good progress, in which case there is nothing for you to be anxious about. If you haven't, if there have been a lot of difficulties along the way and you are still finding the situation that started it all in September is causing you problems, then you need to think of some ways in which these can be dealt with, improved, changed so that they no longer present such an obstacle that they make you continually anxious.

If you can't identify any reason for the onset of this anxiety, having thought things through as carefully and as honestly as you can, then you may need some professional help to get to the root of the problem. Something has caused this - you need to find out what it is so that you can move through it and leave the anxiety behind.

I don't advocate therapy considering that it'll now not remedy your hindrance, simplest suppress it so it could actually come out in an extra style, probably in a system taking place inside your frame that you are going to now not discover till it's too overdue. As for anxiousness assaults, I had an acquaintance who was once within the identical concern. I didn't aid her considering that she refused aid, however I have a few unusual ways to manage this. It sounds as though there are not any colossal disorders to your existence, however I'm simplest assuming from the "undergo from assaults of anxiousness for no obvious motive" quote. It might be useful so that you can search an possibility wherein you'll recognition on different folks in 3rd international international locations, probably volunteering to distribute malaria alleviation or meals, even. When you are handling a truly drawback, routinely those matters take the backdrop and go away you by myself. On the opposite hand, strain can mount greater and you can discover your self worse off, however I doubt this.

Good question.

The pressure may seem like it is from the outside but the stress is about how you deal with it in you mind.

Here are some proven techniques for relieving stress.

There are four tricks I use when I am stressed.
I take 3 deep slow breaths that I let out slowly.
I go for a long walk with my wife and dogs.
I do a progressive muscle relaxation exercise.
I do a self-guided meditation daydream exercise.

Writing also helps.

You need to go to the doctor and let him/her be aware of this, the only thing that will help is meds and breathing exercises. DO NOT let this go, you will be sorry, stop it now before it gets worse.
