Genesis 4:17 says, "Cain lay with his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch." Who was his wife? It is implied in the biblical text that Cain married one of his sisters. Several facts lead us to this conclusion.
First, it is clear that Adam and Eve had a number of children. Genesis 5:4 says, "After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters." Since Adam and Eve were the first man and woman, and since God had commanded them (and their descendants) to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28), it seems reasonable to conclude that Cain married one of his many sisters. It is also possible that he married a niece or even a grandniece.
One must keep in mind that in the early years of the human race there were no genetic defects that had yet developed as a result of the fall of man. By the time of Abraham, God had not yet declared this kind of marriage to be contrary to His will (see Genesis 20:12). Laws governing incest apparently did not become enacted until the time of Moses (Lev 18:7-17; 20:11,12,14,17,20,21). Hence, there was no prohibition regarding marrying a sister (or niece or grandniece) in the days of Cain.

Only one male and female besides Adam and Eve would have to have offsprings and from there relatives but not brother and sister would make the pair, they are to near to perfect even after sin to fear genetic defect [ the law of the land and the laws of God are not established until 2515 years later when dwarfs and giants appear, this law applies to us today, as we pair with relatives make sure they are not a near enough relative to cause defect in the offsprings ], in the 130 years or year 130 [ when Adam has 800 years to live and they have more sons and daughters Gen.5:3-5 ]; to Cain killed Abel and Seth is born the population can be a large amount [ in 215 years the 12 tribes of Israel was 603,550 ].

The same way ADAM and EVE had children. It's called PROCREATION.
If you mean where did they get spouses to procreate with...There was so little sin in the world at that time that close relatives could have children with no ill effects. Because of the sin that was compounded through the ages that bad genes started having a stronger effect on offspring from close relatives. The same thing happens when you breed animals too close to each other.

We don't know. Things were different then than they are now. We are not sure how many children they had total. I believe back then the lineage was so pure that what we call incest today may have taken place then to populate the world. It is all conjecture and a topic I really don't care about. Whatever they did worked. Look at all the people living in the world today.

Scripture states that Adam and Eve were the first two people on earth. That doesn't preclude G-D from creating other people.

Adam and Eve were the FIRST humans on earth, not the only humans God ever created. God only needed Adam for a time, Adam needed Eve and so the story goes. BUT they were not the only children of God. We all are.

If you are a Christian fundamentalist and literalist we all are the result of still ongoing incest, so there is actually no reason for laws against incest, no reason for war (we are all family), no reason for rascism (we are all brothers and sisters), no reason for conflicting beliefs (we have all the same origin).
If you regard the story as an allegory there is no need for such a question.

Sex.

I'd like to applaud the uniqueness of your question. Why nobody has ever asked it is beyond me.

The male's name was Adam BTW.
