There is no draft in America so I would say no. If there was a draft here they would have to completely redo the selective service system because only mails are currently registered with it.

There is no draft. The Universal Service and Training Act of 1947 (as amended) exempts females from conscription.

No, Not here in America. But there are plenty of people who think wemon should be part of the Selective Service. No draft as of yet...Americans don't like them.
In Germany all citizins have to serve two years in the army or in cilval service.
