My fiance and I planned to get married on September 25. I found out that's the day Halo 3 comes out and I just want to postpone our wedding by a month (to October 25) so I have a month to play Halo 3 with my friends. She won't let me and she's even thinking of calling off the wedding. Please help. How do I talk some sense into her? It's just one month anyway.

It is just a game. Get over it. This is suppose to be the best day of your life, and you want to postpone it because of a game? you don't deserve her.

First off...YOU are the Fiance she is the Fiancee.
Second, Please tell me that you're joking? You don't understand why she won't change the date? Do you even understand the time and effort it takes to plan a wedding? How long in advance you have to get the hall or the church or the priest. If you change it that's lots of money wasted and more money spent. I can't believe you seriously asked your fiancee to do that! Do you have any consideration for this woman at all! How could you even consider puting a GAME that will be out for months before getting married to your fiancee! Not only is that selfish but severely immature. GROW UP! I would call it off to...I would feel horrible and furious if my fiance asked me that. You need to rethink your priorities and consider that maybe you're doing this as a way out of getting married?

Could you be any more immature? Just get married and if you really wanna play it that bad then buy the game and play it the next day. I am as big of a Halo fan as any but I would never ever postpone my wedding for it.

Are you F***ing serious? No woman in her right mind would allow her fiance to postpone the wedding for a video game! If you really care about your fiance, keep the wedding date! If you don't you are just showing her that video games come before her, and let me tell you she will hold that against you for the entire marriage. So do yourself a favor, and be smart.

You're planning to POSTPONE your WEDDING for A GAME....personally I would call it off!

There is no need to talk some sense into her! She is completley sane!

You're fiance has probably been planning and booking for months. She also has probably been waiting for this day for her whole life! To postpone it for a game is like saying to her, " Yea, honey, You are less important to me than a game"

Just think about it....If you were waiting for something your entire life, and the one person you probably loved and trusted the most said that they wanted to postpone it for something you found ridiculous. How would you react?

Grow up. What are you going to do later on down the line when she's pregnant and goes into labor on the day that halo 5 comes out? Tell her to wait another month? Get a life.

Are you serious? Your sapposed to be a grown ADULT man and your whining because you can't go buy a video game because your getting MARRIED that day? Seriously get a life. If i were her i'd call it off. That's rediculous. You obviously are childish and don't care about getting married if going out and buying a video game is on your mind and not marrying the women you love.

Thats AWESOME! But kinda messed up at the same time. I see her logic in the fact that it takes months to plan a wedding and costs HUNDREDS to move vendors dates, even if its only a month. She might also think that its insensative on your part, putting a video game before your love for her (This is female thinking for you)

Sweetie, if she loves you, she'll let you play the game. If she TRUELY loved you, she'd learn to play with you.

Ok seriously,
this is the person u are to spend the rest of ur life with and you are going to postpone the BIG DAY that should be special to both of yall for a stupid GAME.

Either this person needs to leave you cause u cant seem to get priotiorys stright.

Or you need to get ur head right and do what is right.

Sounds like you aren't ready to get married... I say this because you can't get your priorities straight. Go down the isle...............get Halo 3 and play with friends. I would suggest you grow up before taking that walk down the isle.

I hope this question is a joke cause if you were planning to married me I would have already made this decision for you. I dump your a@@ and go and find me a MAN that didn't want to play video games with his friends.
