Sadly the very nature of the way fat burners work is by metabolic stimulation, usually with caffeine. They rarely do anything but empty your wallet and give you the jitters. I tried some just out of curiosity last year and didn't feel a thing. The base ingredient was cayenne pepper pressed into a pill form. So I'm not going to bother to throw my good money after bad..30 minutes of aerobic exercise, or jogging gives me a good sweat and tones as well, pills can never do that..good luck!

Don't bother with those. The best way to lose fat is to stop eating so much fats, sugars, and carbs(late at night that is, because carbs are good earlier in the day when your body can process them). Right now stop drinking any carbonated beverages (even artificial sweetened ones), drink only non-fat milk (protein powder can make them more palatable), no juices (except thick veg. juice on occasions). Reduce all processed foods and overly salty ones which can dehydrate your body. Eat real meat, not hotdogs or ground fatty meats. Sweet and fatty desserts are only for very special occasions. In-between meals should be fruits, veg.s, or low sodium/low fat crackers, etc. Plain nonfat yogurt can be added to any foods for extra energy. And lots and lots of water...when you wake up and after each meal. With this routine you won't have to worry about counting calories because you're eating good foods and you're hydrated.
Also, get a bodyfat and water content scale. No matter how many pounds you loose, if your water content is not in the normal range....when you gain back the some weight it can come back as pure fat. Your body is a sponge and if you're losing weight by just dehydrating yourself or taking stimulants...the body recovers itself by putting on another layer of fat. Keep a weekly chart of your bodyfat % and water content % and you'll be in control of your body. # of pounds means nothing.
Diet first, but secondly do your cardio at least every other day.
