I indoor walk everyday. I lost about 14lbs so far.

why would you want 2 turkey sandwiches?
too many carbs :(
sounds very boring to me but if its working for you then continue, but surely you can be more inventive than frozen veg?

You need to add a snack between each meal and you need to add more FRESH fruit and veggies to your diet., Also you need more calcium. Be sure you are taking a good multivitamin that is well absorbed by the body and a good antioxidant supplement daily to keep your immune system healthy. Add the fruits and veggies to your diet along with more calcuim and be sure to vary your supper more.

it's ok but i think you need some some more food in your diet. in addition to what you'r eating now, eat 1/4 of a cup of your favorite nut. i think you should also add one cup of skim milk and two more peices of fruit like a kiwi and an apple to your diet. otherwise it looks like your not getting enoph calories. good luck!
