With all the murder, child abuse, war, rape, starvation - don't you think it's swell that people are sure to give Him props when accepting awards?

He seems especially busy during Grammy season, but doesn't seem to care so much about the Oscars. Do you find that odd?

It's gotta be fall - Jesus is busier in the fall, what with award shows, football season, first tests in school- he's just plain worn out by the time the Oscars come around.

Suppose you are, say, an insurance agent, who happens to also be a Christian.
You pray for success in your endeavors, and, you are successful. You have the means to provide a comfortable living for yourself and your family.
You bow your head, and you thank your God...
Would that be OK with you?

Maybe you might be a truck driver...same scenario. Would it offend you if the truck driver thanked his God for his success? Mind you, the trucker is also grateful that he hasn't had any accidents...he hasn't fallen asleep at the wheel, for instance, although he may have risked driving his rig while he was really too tired.

We could go through many such scenarios. Christians from garage mechanics to great artists thank their God for their success. Are they just being "selfish"??

So, we have some actors, some musicians, etc...who believe in the Christian God, and who have the audacity to thank Him publicly for their success.
That really frosts your cupcakes, doesn't it?
How sad is that.....
:-(
