you don't. CIA requires a 4 year degree before they will even think about talking to you.

If you are one of the whiz kid geniuses, then maybe with a parental waiver, and a work permit, and you have a specific skill that the CIA is looking for then maybe you have a 1% chance of getting hired.
My advice to you is to do REALLY good in school right now. Go to college and do really good there. Or join the military and get the Military Intelligence MOS and then when you get out of the military, you'll already have experience. Also, learn Arabic....

You'd have to be a foreign national, living in your home country, and have access to large amounts of information that CIA would find valuable. Otherwise you'd have to graduate from college and apply for employment with CIA.

Although the question appears to be rhetorical, in fact the CIA will utilize minors in foreign countries for information, but not on a government salary with benefits; only in Hollywood.

You don't; you finish grade school go onto high school and maintain a good a average. Go onto college and take a degree in international studies, maintain an a average and perhaps the CIA recruiter will look you up in your fourth year...
