My wife and her daughters danced to an old Disney song that was special to them when the girls where younger. The girls were so excited and surprised that their mom had chosen this to dance with them. So why not select a nice song that you and your mom used to dance and/or sing together when you were younger. I'm certain it would mean the world to her.

If I were in your place I would ask Mom to give me a list of some of HER favorite songs. You do not have to play them all but pick one from her list for your special "dance with MOM".
