There are four things I can think of that might really impress her. And you need to do them in this order, because if you do #4 first, it will make doing number 1 harder.
#1. - Learn to speak Standard English.
#2. - Learn to spell and write Standard English
#3. - Write a passionate love poem praising her, name, hair, face, teeth, lips, body, spirit.......
#4. - Do as Vincent Van Gogh did, cut off your ear and send it to her along with a boquet of roses.

well, when ever one of your friends invites you somewhere, invite her right away.
if she can't/doesn't want to go, you don't go either.
always be around her.
don't ever ditch her.
hold hands with her all the time
buy her little things
its the thought that counts
if someone is dissing her don't just go along with them
hug her every time you see her and when you leave
when ever your not with her tell her how much you miss her and how you cant wait to see her again
etc.

Get her a bracelet or necklace with a charm you can have engraved with "your first name" loves "her first name". Or, just initials less expensive and less space.
Does she say she loves you? Maybe she tells you she doesn't believe you love her because she is looking for an excuse to break up.
