If you mean find then, yes. There are cadaver dogs especially trained to locate the dead. If you mean fine? I dont understand what you're asking but, in my mind a picture a police dog giving a cadaver a ticket....LOL
Or are you asking if you can find a person to dye your dog? I'm so lost now??????

What is it you are trying to say?? Is it can a dog find a dead person? If so, the answer is yes. There are cadaver dogs the police use that are trained to look for dead bodies. There are many web sites where you can learn about cadaver dogs.

Yes, I actually had a police dog fine me 20 dollars for dieing a shirt on public property. I tried to pay him in cash, but he bit me instead.

Yes they can I have a Bloodhound and he is the best scent dog in the world and if trained properly he can find anything you like. I do think that that smell of a dead body is so overwhelming that a human can find it.

They are called cadaver sniffing dogs and they need to be trained to do this. A trainer who gives obedience lessons in my area, and to whom I have taken my own dogs, has the only cadaver sniffing dog in this county, she is often asked to bring him to other areas to help find missing people who are presumed dead.

I certainly think so. I read an article recently in which a dog can sniff out (and has done so correctly many times) cancer patients.
