Not unless that person is doing so because they want to--God doesn't put a gun to our head--he gives us FREE WILL-- to either accept or deny him, to either live for him or for something else.

It's pretty simple.

I am not a christian but if they decide to accept the faith later on then they will become a believer in jesus christ or christianity. Anyway that is how many people became christians anyway by force. Catholics and white men have been killing people and forcing them to accept Christianity for many many years. Christians faith people have killed and forced in the name of Christ.

First, if a Christian held another at gunpoint in a case that was not self deference he would be in a bad position. I cant judge, but it is easy to tell they would not be doing the right thing...

No, it has to be a choice from the heart. Forcing to say something you don't really feel is meaningless. It is a condition of the heart that cries out to Jesus, not a gun in the face demanding you verbally say it.

A person is only saved when they accept Jesus into their heart. Obviously, being forced wouldn't be heart-felt.

Funny how most of these answers say something like...."Saved if you accept jesus into your heart...etc."
Christians sure do like forcing their beliefs on us in the legal system though!

It depends on the type of heart in which the person recieves Jesus. If that person has really believed in thier heart that Jesus is Lord and gave His life for them then it doesn't matter wether it is at gun point or at home or at church.

It is all in your heart.

No, you can't force it on anyone, I keep telling every one that. To accept Jesus you have to go to him on your own and take him into your heart. It has to be your choice.
