I know this is personnel but want to see really good suggestions or ideas for gifting my husband. Please don't suggest watch, wallet, shoes etc.

I really liked the idea of gifting the song...but i don't think it will work for me since I stay in India. So any other ideas?
And Bob, I definitely can what you say ;-)

YOUR VIRGINITY IS THE BEST GIFT A HUSBAND COULD EVER HAVE.....I Hope You Can!

And best wishes for YOU!....May God Bless Your Marriage....

OK Zera,
I am so very happy we still have ladies like you....I'm so happy and proud for you...Now, the next best gift I would suggest is,
Make it some thing that you and him can share together....and that item should be something that you and he will see everyday of your life. A nice expensive clock (one that would last a life time),...A statue or figuring...something that would represent you and him...like his and your hand, a figure of man and woman. And of course many people here suggest a painting, and if you choose this, dont just make it any painting...Give it REAL meaning....Like this, give him a card expressing you and his life together and in the card also add that the gift for him is so special that he will have to wait until after the honey moon to recieve it...During your honey moon have as many pictures made as you can...try to make them the romantic type...such as being on the balcony with you and him with arms locked together with each holding a glass of wine, looking in the eyes of one another... being on a sail boat...lying on the beach...Just remember..these are the types of pictures that will never fade away....Then take your chosen picture or show them to him...ya'll choose together. Take it to a proffessional (ask to see some of their work first)...then have it made on a very large canvas...You may want to have several smaller ones done on different scense for the bed room.....after the picture is made take the card and place it behind the picture for safe keeping and future reminiscent!....Also remember one last thing....what ever your choice is...dont take any short cuts, even if you have to borrow money to get it...why coz its something you will see everyday for the rest of your life....and most of all it represents the both of you as "ONE"....a unity...God Bless your marriage

Personally I'd suggest a nice hand written poem that you have framed. Include how you met, things that you've done together, how you fell in love, how much you love one and other and how your love will blossom in the future. Rather than going out and spending money that could be used for the wedding and/or honeymoon this personal gift would mean more than if you were to spend a million bucks on him. Besides he probably is looking at you as the most important gift that he has ever received in his life. Have a fantastic wedding and long and prosperous marriage. Best of luck.

When my husband and I got married I gave him a personalized song. This company called PS I Love You does them. you can visit their website at www.giftsongs.com They will ask you a series of questions pertaining to you and your soon to be husband. And then compose a song with your answers incorporated. They mail it to you in as a cd or tape and they include a lyric sheet. I also got one for my brothers wedding (for their 1st dance) They were in awe. I didn't tell them what it was. So they started dancing and everyone is watching then the song says their name. They didn't catch on right away but then the song said something else about them and their faces just dropped. Katie my sister -in-law couldn't believe it. What is really nice about this is years down the road you can play it and you will laugh about the answers you gave now. Boy how things can change. I did mine about 14 years ago and it still brings a tear to our eyes and a smile to our hearts. Congratulations on the upcoming wedding.

Most guys don't like trinkets, they like experiences. How about sky diving, a hot air balloon ride, or tickets to his favorite football game.
