Ι ve been there. Being with the one you love can be beautiful but painful from a point and after. If you are sure that you cant go on like that, dont push it. Just tell her the truth. Tell her the real reasons that made you come to such a desicion, and that you cant change things now. She will understand her mistakes and may hurt but she wont find your words irrational. If you are persuaded of your choise, dont make her believe that mayebe you could be together after a while. She will feel that you are not sure of what you are doing and will try to change your mind. So, whatever you do, tell her the truth. But before that, think if the reasons you are leaving her are strong enough. Stronger than your love.
