I bought a new PCV valve from AutoZone, and cannot seem to locate it on the vehicle. Please don't tell me it is on the rocker arm since that is what the book says and doesn't explain what it is or where it it located. This is an overhead cam engine not a carburetor type. Also, this is for a V6 engine.

It should be stuck into a valve cover with a hose on the end that goes to throttle body.

I have a 4-cylinder so there's only one head, but it's stuck into it about in the middle with a rubber gasket. The hose connects to the top of it at a 90-degree angle so the hose and PCV valve form an "L"
