Pork steaks or chops marinated in Adobo: 3 garlic cloves, oregano, thyme, paprika (a tsp each) 1 bay leaf and a few black peppercorns, 1/2 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of oil. give all this a bit of pounding in a mortar and pour over the meat, leave overnight if poss, if not an hour would do.

Chicken steaks/breast marinated in 3 chopped garlic cloves and some chopped parsley in 1 cup of oil.

Shish kebabs are also very nice done in George's machine.

Chicken breast wrapped in bacon rashers. When cooked, melt cheese on top. Serve with potatoes, and fresh veg. You can cook veg in it too. Slice them evenly, oil the griddle and put the veg in.Try courgettes with onions and peppers - serve with the chicken!!

No I don't run out of ideas, you do! Take any of your favourite meats, cut a pocket in them, and then fill them with your favourite cheese and herb mixture. This also works well with chutneys, tomatoes, garlic etc. Try experimenting!

I have one. I use it for sausage also. It really is a good grill and my favorite thing about it is that it is easy to clean!
