not being shallow before some of you go mad! just wondering if you actually think your partner is genuinally good looking and most other people would agree. Or did they become good looking to you because of their personality or do you acknowledge that they arent goodlooking but you dont care?

I like a woman who I recall giving a 4/10 score. The more I got to know her the more I liked her.
Now I would score her 6/10 but I know there are lots of better looking women than her. In fact if I ever date her she will be the least attractive g/f I have had.
However, as I really, really like her I don't care, she is a very beautiful person inside and so I couldnt care less what anyone else says.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. The thing is, you should seek out a partner who is similar to you. Not only in personality, but also looks. To many people (most of them women) seem to want a partner who is "sex on legs", without stopping to take a long, hard look in the mirror. Everyone is attractive to someone. There is someone out there for everyone!

Before I got to know the guy I'm seeing, if passing him on the street I'd have said he has a really nice body but just average in the face (nothing striking). He's got a good sense of humor, and can be a tender and sweet (and patient, thankfully!) person though and the more I got to know him, and learned of his interest in me, the more interested I became.
He turns me on a great deal now, any time he's near me or I visualize him in my mind...but that's more because I know him, and not just what he looks like. ☺

I acknowlege that mine isnt particularly good looking but he has got a really good sense of humour and he makes me laugh. Thats more important to me than looks.
I wouldnt go out with an ugly troll just because he told good jokes though - so on reflection I guess its not really that important ;0) It would be amazing to find a good looking guy with brains, sense of humour, sensitivity and thoughtfulness. I havent quite given up on that yet! he MAY exist.

No, he's not generally considered good looking in any way! But I love him for who he is, and for the way he treats me. I like the way he looks anyway; I like an interesting face to look at more than a classic beauty.

I think my bf is very good looking. His personality, you wouldn't match with his looks. But his looks are very nice to me, my friends say so too. His personality, is unique.

i think my bf is so incredibly hott. i've always thought this. back in high school before we were together my best friend and i had crushes on him. he called me up after high school and we got together. i still think he is as cute as i thought he was in high school, if not more. that's being perfectly honest.
