For a litter, find a theme, check for markings and name from these (for instance, we once had a kitten with an owl on it's back, and one with a bit of a zigzag on it's forehead, thus a Harry Potter litter, and Hedwig and Harry)
But for one cat, check for markings like above, or use the colours on her, or a day she was born. (Liberty for being born on the 4th of July, Noelle for Christmas, Sprinkles for a white cat and black speckles, etc)

Most of our cats have names based on their personalities, apperances, where they came from, or a behavior.

dandelion, meow, moomoo, baby, seal( for the gray ones), Silver ( for the other gray one), Oreo And Milk ( the two black and white ones) and Pumpkin for the pure black one. Lol, get it?
