is there any way to fix them

most of the time when head phones blow out, the cone on the inside has ripped. depending on how severely this is causes the audio quality to drop or else make the headphone to stop working. To fix this the rip in the paper cone needs to be repaired.

so unless the headphones which you own are high end (few hundred dollars) it is usually not worth keeping them and should just be replaced.

If you actually blew out the cones in the phones, it would be easier and cheaper just to buy new ones.
