clairvoyant really just means " clear seeing "
people often confuse this with mediumship
and although it is used in that way to describe those who see spirit clearly , it can be used in other ways also

so it could be said that this is what is meant by discerning of spirits
seeing people for who they really are
as described in the gifts from God in Corinthians

Spiritual power comes from different sources.
The Bible lists 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit in I Corinthians chapter 12. Clairvoyance is not one of them.
On the other hand, Paul cast a demon (literally a 'spirit of Python') out of a girl who had the ability to foretell futures in Acts Chapter 16:16-20.
She immediately lost her supernatural abilities.

Summary:
If it doesn't glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, it is not from God.

The gift of prophecy. Don't let anybody tell you there is no place of this any more. In the Bible it says in the last days your young people will be having visions.

Since clairvoyance is a psychic ability....wouldn't it be a gift from Satan?

This is a moot question. There is no god and all calims of psychic ability are pseudoscientific nonsense.
