My grandpa always told me that red wine "thinned your blood". He drank a small glass of red wine every day. He died when he was 94, so he did something right!

Beer and wine are both good but only one or two 8 oz glasses. Red wine has antioxydents which you can easliy get from tea, fruit, vegies and lots of other places.
Alcohol makes you fat. So, don't do this if you have a weight problem.

I've heard red wine is good for your health. Why not drink a beer once a month as well? It might be good for you too.

My grandads doctor advised him to drink a pint of original guinness a day, its full of iron, I know other people who have been told this by doctors too. A glass of red wine a day is also good for your heart

red wine, a glass a day, is great for your heart. if you can't stomach the 'sophisticated' wines, try blackberry merlot by wild vines or arbor mist. it is very fruity, has a lower alcohol content, and tastes great, especially for an everyday wine
