I've been weight training for two years. I'm 5'7 around 125 and my daily intake totals average around 4000 cals, 600 carbs and 200 g of protein. I was eating more during the summer, close to 7000 cals a day. Training 3-5 days a week (heavy weight, low reps, no cardio), getting 8-10 hrs of sleep. I've been frustrated because I can't seem to get anywhere and I feel like I've wasted so much time and money. Over the past while I've been getting up early around 3am to eat and go back to sleep, but that doesn't seem to help. I've been taking a weight gainer and eat 5-6 times a day, calorie dense food. What can else can I do to gain weight?
I've had two blood tests done recently and was told that my thyroid was fine.

They have learned that some persons have a gene that factors them to attain weight, method you have to go to quite a lot of predicament to loose any too, although it isn't unimaginable. I suppose for you, i'm exactly the identical. Also valued at getting your thyroid checked, exceptionally in case you believe bloodless always, PCO can cause you to achieve weight too, if your intervals are irregular or you will have an excessive amount of facial hair, worth asking a health care professional about. Handiest thing more i can think of is, do your pals move more than you do? Fidgeting burns energy, walk as traditionally as you could; take the steps more most likely, etc, etc. Just right luck, i'm hoping you discover a resolution, don't stop. I see all different types of our bodies, I massage for a dwelling, and let me tell you, celulite suggests some distance more on a thin physique than a plump one!! No person is perfect, try to love yourself, admire the good matters about yourself. At thirty you are for your top, be taught to experience it before all of it heads south, and remember, there are not any wrinkles on a nice plump balloon!! X

7,000 calories is way too much for anyone to eat in a day. You should try around 2,000 a day and stop sleeping so much. You need to cut calories and exercise; it's that simple.
