4 Jesus told them, “Don’t let anyone mislead you, 5 for many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah.’ They will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place, but the end won’t follow immediately. 7 Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in many parts of the world. 8 But all this is only the first of the birth pains, with more to come.
9 “Then you will be arrested, persecuted, and killed. You will be hated all over the world because you are my followers.[b] 10 And many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other. 11 And many false prophets will appear and will deceive many people. 12 Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures to the end will be saved. 14 And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations[c] will hear it; and then the end will come.
But the best is this one, How would anyone think that 3000 years ago any one would care about this place, but the whole world watches it day by day.
2For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
6And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
12And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
DOes not not describe a nuclear bomb to you??

I would be more inclined to search for the things that Jesus had mentioned in regards to the end times or "In those days" Some claim that the bible codes also point to certain natural disasters such as the Yellowstone Caldera erupting in or around September of 2009. Signs in the heavens may actually have to do more with our weather or atmosphere such as increasing storms, floods etc. I think the movie: The Day After Tomorrow was a strong example. Supposedly Gods wrath on mankind usually has more to do with what science calls:natural disasters than supernatural ones. The beast that some people believe that dwells inside the earth that will be released may actually refer to major volcanic eruptions and or earthquakes. According to one Jewish site: Ask the Rabbi: the number six refers to the physical world. The physical representation of a wave or wind such as a hurricane is similar to the English version of the number 6. The four horsemen of the Apocalypse may just refer to natural elements that subsequently occur after a major volcanic eruption. The end may refer to a global catastrophe such as mass extinctions. The bible, I believe refers to a partial or one third extinction first. These events can and have happened at any time within a generation somewhere around the planet. That which is believed to be Gods will or wrath may just be a natural and cyclical event. Some of these natural disasters have in some way been like a peacemaker by drawing people together in helping others to survive while others may take advantage or act like animals or criminals by looting etc. The so-called meek that will inherit the earth may just be those who maintain civility and peace. How will you act when this happens?

Weeelll, let's see. People are killing each other all over the planet over stupid supposed religious convictions. Other people are polluting the entire planet so badly that the earth is rebelling. The politicians are trying to take over the world by inducing wars and religious conflicts. The President in America has been lying to his own people since his first day in office. The Constitution is un-Constitutional to the President whenever he wants it to be. People don't trust their neighbors that they have know for years. Kids don't care whether they learn anything or not. Oil companies still rule the planet. Global warming is a fact not a fiction yet half the population of the world doesn't believe it because their politicians told them it wasn't true, then those same politicians send their kids to war and steal more of their money with taxes and all the while they sit back and laugh at the gullible public while they collect their tax-free salaries, go to the doctors and pay nothing with their tax free medical help. What would make you think the end of the world is coming?

" End Times" can be 100,000 years. But we are. There was a study shown in BBC channel. Every 300000 years, the polarity of earth reverses. The north becomes south and vice versa. During the past 30 years, the earth;s magnetism has reduced by 10%. This is because, the electro magnetic waves that travel from North to south and give a protective shield for earth is now being disturbed in its course of reversal. So there are possiblilities of more Volcanic eruptions, Cyclones, Earthquakes, Heavy Rains, Floods, Tsunamis and so on. So if you have not understood it better do.
The world has always been destroyed every 2000 and odd years they say. Civilization come and get distroyed during this short span of time. It is a cycle they say. so let us wait and see.

Wars, famines, droughts. You know the same Wars, famines and droughts that mankind has faced during our whole existence. Climates change, that causes changes to the land, the Sahara Desert was not always that way. The world is a smaller place, we can get news and events as they happen.
You can also read what you want in to a prophecy written millennium ago.

The apostate church, even know it was even going on in Paul's day. It's even worse now before the refermation. Every other way gets you in realtionship with God, except the Cross of Christ, which is the true biblical way. Christians are under law instead of grace.

The end times began with the birth, life, death, resurrection and ascension of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! For God, one day is as 1,000 of our years. So Christ has been gone for only 2 days!

By the Christians estimation, we have always been in the end times. They've been screaming about the end of the world for 2000 years and it hasn't happened yet. And the fact that some of them look forward to it is completely psychotic. Get over it.

the exact same thing as back then
nothing happened other than a continuance of life to include chaos
you can't have peace without chaos to contrast the concept
but one without the other is impossible for the other to exist
Utopia cannot exist without sinners and hell to be tidily kept in a hell in co existence
