is santa claus going to be the first recorded "climate refugee"?

what about the elves? classified as "displaced persons", so they can collect unemployment?

will the reindeer become extinct before the polar bears?

will frosty the snowman be the first confirmed death caused by global warming?

why can't we get mr. freeze to save us?

you "deniers" need to wake up and smell the freshly melted ice here, this is a SERIOUS problem.

we MUST act now to save christmas for future generations!
(oh ya, the earth too!)

predictably bob, the "consensus" says your wrong again.

there is "irrefutable proof" too.

if you ever watch a christmas special, you'll notice the sleigh needs a "run way" to take off and land.

it clearly doesn't have VTOL capability.

thanks for the opportunity as well.

Who knows, maybe Santa will get hold of Mr. Freeze and make a solid Ice pack somewhere safe for him and the elves.
After all he has to have those runways to be able to take off with that fully packed sleigh!

And yes, this is a serious question as I would like to think that my grandchildren and their children and their children )and so on) will have Santa and Chirstmas and elves and sleighs and even Frosty!!

There will be ice at the Pole in December for a few more centuries at least.

Santa may be able to relocate to the South Pole, since there is a magnetic pole reversal coming up.

Santa Claus doesn't really need snow. His sleigh flies.

But the ski industry IS seriously worried about global warming, because they really need snow.

"Hundreds of ski resorts will go out of business because of global warming"

http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn4441.html

"For the ski industry, both in California and rest of the nation, there is no greater truth than global warming"

http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2006/10/27/SKI.TMP

"Global warming could force the snow sports industry out of business by dramatically reducing the amount of snow and shortening the ski season to a mere two months"

http://deseretnews.com/dn/view/0,1249,650221809,00.html

"Climate change is forcing ski slopes around the world to adopt sustainable practices before the industry collapses."

Thanks for the opportunity.

Im not sure of your ?....Are you asking what will happen to Santa Clause? hmmm interesting question as sarcasism equates fear...you clearly have a fear of the unknown!
I am more concerned about greed! You can measure the results better!

Now we see what separates deniers from healthy skeptics....the belief in Santa Clause.
