Chicken on a stick with hands. Let me explain, when I was in Longapo City in the Philippines as we left the base headed for town. Old women
lined the side walk with hibachis. They would offer what they were cooking as chicken on a stick. Some times they didn't cut the paws off the monkey legs. Thus "Chicken on a stick with hands". By the way it was Delicious.

Kangaroo meat as an appetizer at the Outback restaurant near Disney Village in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
It was mixed with a bunch of spices so I didn't really get a taste of the meat itself.

Craw fish.

(This is how they spelled it in the Chinese Restaurant, don't know if it's right)

It's like a tiny lobster, but looks more like a shrimp and it spawns out of fresh water and you can eat it's tail meat after you crack it open or suck out it's guts and brain.

(I almost gagged in the restaurant, it wasn't that it wasn't prepared right, I just never thought of sucking anything out of any kind of food I've eaten before)

when I was in Vietnam - it was the raining season and we were in the bush and was unable to have supplies drop - we had to walk off the mountain when we came across a village and got something to eat that was in some kind of bar-b-que sauce - later on we found out that it was a mix of rat & dog meat
