what if you're not hungry? Eating 6 times a day is suppose to keep your sugar level where its suppose to be...so again, what if you're not hungry?

eating snacks is not a requirement but for most snacks are part of the 5-6 "meals" that are consumed on a regular basis.

Breakfast (meal #1)
Snack
Lunch (meal #2)
Snack
Diner (meal #3)
snack

* the words meal or snack are pretty much interchangeable in terms of dieting. a snack usually takes less time to prepare than a meal but can be of equal calories and/or nutrient content

A lot of the rules are wrong which is why so many are fat. Follow the ninja warrior diet to lose weight the right way and be thin for life. The tears of ninjas cure cancer. Too bad they never cry. See 4th heading on site below. NEVER EAT IF YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY.

snacks r just so that if u dont eat alot at ur meals, u dont starve urself til the next meal and end up eating more than u wanted to. its not a requirement to eat snacks, its just a way to keep urself from overeatin when u r hungry

I completely understand the place your coming from. extremely, who has the time to resign and consume in the time of a hectic paintings day? I recommend bringing some snack foodstuff like a wellbeing bar, crackers and cheese, grapes those style of meals which you would be able to consume on the pass or in a hurry if necessary. in basic terms some innovations.
