For breakfast, I want to make scrambled eggs (2 eggs) with 3 deli slices of smoked salmon. Is this healthy?

eggs and samon would very be very healthy but maybe a little high on the protein and fat side. the first meal of the day should really be protein with a complex carbohydrate for energy.

the less processed foods in your diet the better off you will be. humans are not designed to ingest meals laden with chemicals. whole foods are the way to go.

I think it is healthy but it should not be taken every day. Once in 2 weeks will be just nice. Have a wonderful breakfast with your scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. You gave me an idea for the next feast day's breakfast.

The whole point of smoking something like salmon is to give it a unique taste and texture, cooking it can ruin this if you're not careful. I dont cook it at all, just slice it into thin strips and sprinkle this over the top of the scrambled eggs with some finely chopped chives just before serving

It sounds pretty good to me.... I know I would want to have
some fresh fruit with that too; that would add fiber and
vitamin C to the protein you are getting - enjoy!

yeah, salmon is very healthy food, it contains omega-3. maybe you can use olive oil too.
