Lippodissolve. You can do it yourself for about $500 (about 10 sessions). Many people do this around the world now it is so easy and comes with instuctions. Have a doctor do it $300-$400 a session which is usually 3 areas. Have a spa do it $3000 a session, no different than other two except that your sitting in a health and beauty spa and it smells nicer.
My recomendation do it yourself, that is the most common way especially outside the US. This sutff has just recently been brought to the US like couple of years allthough it has been used for a long time, like 30 years around the world. Very few risks for very few people see if you are one of them who may need a doctor to do it. The spas are a joke the sign you up for care credit and hire sales people to push you to buy now on you free consultation. The don't tell you that you can do this yourself, a doctor might that is how I initially found out. Hope this helps

The best way to get rid of un-needed fat that I have encountered is really sticking to a diet and exercise regimen. Going on a diet until you loose the weight and then going back to what you were doing before the diet will only make you gain weight again. Go to www.ediets.com and find a regimen that fits your lifestyle and go from there.
Remember one thing: Your stomach is only as big as your fist. Although it expands to fit more in. doesn't mean you have to put more in there.
It's not going to be easy at first, but if you stick with it, you will see the difference.

I just saw in carrefour they sell a sit up set for $39 bucks. Use it to do sit-ups daily. Another proven method is run 3 times weekly, each lasting say 15minutes. Also eat non-fried food and eat less meat, more vegetables. Diet + exercise works like a charm. Many of my friends who heed my advice all are slim now.

Exercise and stay away from junk food as much as possible. Weight training and cardio every day should help you.
