If you file your return electronically and have your refund deposited into your bank account, you can expect your refund in 8-15 days. If you have the IRS mail you a check, add a week's time.
Most persons getting a refund file in early February and receive their refund the same month.

1 to 10 weeks after you file your tax return. It depends upon when you file the return. If you file late, your refund will be late.

April or May usually, but the earlier you file, the earlier you get the return. I have gotten mine as early as February.

If you file electronically with direct deposit, you'll get it a week or two after you file. If you get a paper check it takes a week longer. If you file by mail, takes 6-8 weeks.

I electronically file mine and get it direct deposited in February. I don't do rapid refund (costs money).
