Of course it is awkward. The whole line 'The Problems Related to', for example, is unnecessary. And there are some mistakes. It has to be Committee on Industry and Energy or else Industry and Energy Committee, then it has to be of the People's Assembly,not at, and finally Problems, not the Problems. Less definitely, but probably, I would have of before Gas Cylinders.

It sounds fine to me! Only change I might make
is to change "at" to "of" since the committee
here is part of the People's Assembly.
