Q: I do just because there is so much evidents.
A: No. You believe it because you choose to believe it. You don't know enough about the evidence to call your belief logical, or illogical.

Yes I do. There is a lot of proof that the theory of evolution is correct -- albeit it will still be called a theory as proofs and laws only exist in mathematics , you cannot actually PROVE evolution, only find much evidence that SUPPORTS it . Have a look on Wikipidia , and you will see that all arguments against Evolution have been largely disproved or found invalid ( Like the higher intelligence )
Everything is evolving , we know a lot more now than we did 2000 years ago, yet religion forces us ideologies out of date , by the same people who believed in witches and fairies. Religion is tool to control people, to bring them under your power for their own selfish reason. We need to use our brains -- and then we will all see how religion is one big hoax . Unfortunately people love to follow - majority are blind sheep , and don't know any better . They will kill for their religion , just like millions killed for Hitler , they ultimately believed they are doing the right thing.

Yes, MICRO (small scale) evolution exists. There is evidence that life forms, whether animal or plant, elvolve to a minor degree to adapt to their environment. The skin on my forearms has gradually darkened to resist sunburn as I spend a lot of time in the sun. I have evolved to fit my environment.
However, MACRO (alrge-scale) evolution to the degree that smaile evolved into fish, which learned to walk, which eventually evolved into monkey and then humans... is extremely flawed. If you have read the news[a[er in the last few weeks, you will know that new evidence has formed proving that the supposed chain of links that was being used can not connect in the weay that was thought. There are all kinds of hoiles and gaps in this theory. As it can neither be conclusively proved nor conclusively disproved, it is called a THEORY and not a LAW.
From Encarta:
"Theory, an assumption or system of assumptions, accepted principles, and rules of procedure based on limited information or knowledge, devised to analyze, predict, or otherwise explain the nature or behavior of a specified set of phenomena; abstract reasoning."
Thje key words there are ASSUMPTIONS and LIMITED KNOWLEDGE.
There is a reason why it is called the evolutionary theory and not the law of evolution.

You are quite correct here, but I am sure someone will argue about it. There is so much evidence to support it that we cannot have modern science without it. I shudder to think what would happen if the creationists had their way. The USA is already getting behind, because it has more people who doubt evolution than any nation besides Turkey I read. Silly strict religions have smothered nations before. It can happen again.

There is evidence to suggest that evolution is true.
There has never been a scientifically credible criticism of evolution.
Logically you should believe in evolution until something else is proven true.

The evidence against evolution is God's Word. I think it illogical to believe in evolution and call God a liar.

God gave us Eyes to see with ears to hear with and a brain to think with. The evidence is clear. The problem with people who refuse to look at the hard facts is they worship a Book or an Idol. They cant see the work and the voice of GOd right in front of there face. They ignore the fingerprints of God that he left for us to find.

Yes, I do. I think only by the most twisted of logic can anyone believe it is not real. But then that's part of the definition of faith: belief in the absence of evidence, or even in the face of evidence to the contrary.
Not much of an argument in favor of faith, is it?

not really .
a believer in evolution believed and is convince with the evidence shown to them while people who don't believe in evolution will never see those as true evidence.
similarly , evolutionist will never believed or see the evidence of god's work shown to them by creationist too..
if you understand my point , you'll know why it's not really illogical.

There is no evidence of evolution, only theories. You believe in evolution because you have faith in scientists. I believe in the Bible because I have faith in God.

I dont really care. There is nothing about evolution that contradicts the Bible. and nothing about the Bible that contradicts evolution.
The whole stupid debate is pointless. Whether its true or not is irrelevant. The fact is God lives and that Jesus lives regardless of whether evolution is real or not.
There is nothing about evolution that denies the existance of a Supreme Being. And I am sick and tired of people getting distracted arguing over some stupid theory that they forget whats really important: Faith, Hope, Charity.
