Everytime I come in the room she stretches, even when she doesn't want to come out of the cage, and she stretches when I take her out of the cage too. She definitley gets enough sleep though. Does she have OCD or something?!? Also, sshe just sits in front of her 3 sided mirror all day, and if she can't see you when you come in, she hides in the mirror.

Sounds like she's bored and gets too much sleep. Try playing with her a little more and get her some some different toys. I had a cockatiel once that loved to ride on the back of a remote control car. Maybe your bird just needs some more entertainment.

uh, mybe she just wants to stretch? and its not good to have mirrors in a one bird cage, when they spend lots of time alone. they get attracted to themselves, and unnattracted to go.

lol....i love cockatiels...All birds stretch frequently. She may not be getting enough exercise....let her out more
