For a 2-4 pigs a donkey or 2, some bunnies, and a mini horse. About how much is that going to cost??? Hurry I am considering building in a couple of months....hopefully!

I don't want a shed, I mean a small barn like not the size of a horse stable!

your question is rather open ended,
will it have a concrete floor?
will it be 4 walled or a 3 wall shed?
what will it be built from wood, steel or wood frame covered with sheet metal?
In general you can except to pay from $12.00 to $25.00 USD's a square foot for a small building.
Many hardware store's have "KITS" that contain all the materials need to erect a small building the also come with instructions on its construction.

Do a websearch for modular barn systems. They will give you a quote within 24 hours (normally) and there are several to shop from. Or, call a local steel company and get a quote for the shell building so you can build your stalls. Prices vary so much that what I would give you as a recommendation from Texas won't be the same price as one in your part of the world. It is best to contact the companies directly for quote based on engineering for snow load, wind speed and environmental conditions in your area.

first of all a small barn will not hold all that you mentioned, hogs only require a building about the size of a L- dog house, [and a lot of feed] donkeys & mini horse, will require one the size of a garage, and lots of feed, rabbits require there own cage, and tons of feed,
build a storage shed, just go with a mini horse, my rabbits 15 of them were eating 50 lbs of food in 2 wks, our 2 hogs were going thru 50 lbs of corn a wk, still want to do all of that ?
