Hello beloved brother don s.. :)
Yes..because that is what we are to do, for those that are sick..according to scripture..
James 5
13 ¶ Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 and the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

my son goes to the A.O.G. too! i mostly home church
because of my handicaps.
i do use annointing oil. 100% virgin olive oil or i get mine
through the International Fellowship for Christian and Jews.
i have baptized someone at home and we both take
communion at home too.
if ones faith is not everyday then one has no faith. my son
and i pray twice a day and read 1 chapter out loud
everyday since he was in 3 rd grade.
there is no such thing as holy water; it is not biblical.
oil can be used to annoint anything. i've been delivered
from accidents because i annointed my car, my home,
and person during fast.

I am a Christian Preacher and I don't make a lot of use of oil.
I hold an anointing service 2 or 3 times a year.

Our Baptist church does not do this, but they would do it if asked by someone. In the past, in charismaric churches I have attended, this was done regularly.
