I travelled through life selfishly and unfaithfully. I hurt people emotionally and went on my way. I drank way too much, held resentments way too long, blamed everyone and everything else for my troubles. I was a victim. ROFL at that phrase.
Then one day I hit a bottom so solid had it been a physical bottom, every bone in my body would have been shattered. It was physically painful enough but more emotiional and spiritual.
To answer your question. I found a way to live, a way to love and abundant laughter in a 12step program. Because it was there that I Found my true self and God.

By peeling away all of the false beliefs I had been told to believe as a child. By spending time in the natural world and hearing the true voice within. Most importantly, to practice kindness and compassion towards myself, and working to make my life a living example of inner peace. (this last one is an ongoing process) :)

By realizing all we have is Right Now, This Moment. It is up to us how we choose to experience this moment, so I try to be consciously aware of what I am choosing..... not an easy task, but I do try.

by seeking...(still seeking) i am lucky enough to have been drawn to great books, holy masters and just cool people who i admire that have opened my eyes and heart...i'd also like to thank my parents for not being perfect and my friends for holding my hands and inspiring me!
