I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.
Good LUCK!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

there is no quick and easy way in lyfe. u have to struggle. diets dont work simply because when u stop u gain more that u did. all u have to do is make up a goal. do loads of cardio exercises eg skipping , jogging and walking for 5 times a week and drink loads and loads of water. water really helps. also avoid all junk foods and eat healthy meal low in carbs but rich in proteins and vitamins. when u slid that is when u fail and eat a chocolate make sure you exercise more to lose the extra u earned. wrirte up all what u ate in the day and calculate the calories on this website and then try to reduce them remember the less the cals , the better u will be. confess positively that u r not fat n start building up a healthy image of u. hope ave helped. www.calorie-count.com

These are the books the company requested us to learn: Being Adopted, The Lifelong Search for Self Secret Thoughts of an Adoptive Mother The Open Adoption Experience What Kind of Love, The Diary of a Pregnant Teenager Perspectives on a Grafted Tree How it Feels to be Adopted Talking with Young Children About Adoption Adoption Stories for Young Children Adoption is for Always As PAPs, we had been requested to become a member of a nearby adoption institution in which followed teens talked approximately their reviews. Classes and seminars had been strongly interested in open adoptions and the advantages for all events. There had been institution periods lead by means of a social employee that had us position play speaking with the usual loved ones publish-adoption. Several of the seminars addressed exact demands toddlers, mainly FAS and drug publicity. Our capacity to hold openness was once analyzed routinely till the company grew to become satisfied we had been dedicated. The lack of the little one to the usual loved ones and vice versa was once a common discipline and empathy for the delivery loved ones was once confused. Your final query is exciting due to the fact that my husband and I talked approximately this. What did they no longer duvet? Probably 1000 matters, But what did we become aware of we did not be trained? How to deal with a child. About that, we had been just about clueless.

This isn't going to be what you want to hear, but there is no quick and easy way to do it; its basically something that you're going to have to stick out for the long haul. Your best bet is to look up all the facts on what is fattening, how different foods affect your body differently, then plan out your meals based on that. You're going to have to make sure you stay away from chronic snacking as well. Also, its best to surround yourself at meal-times with people who support you and are willing to eat similar foods to you; if you see people eating McDonalds when you're eating salad, you're going to get tempted to eat McDonalds as well.
