my left side chest is paining and i suppose my heart is not getting good amount of oxygen
it is paining in different places but in my left side chest only

this pain could be a signal that something is wrong in your heart. You're going to have to see a medical doctor as soon as possible and have your heart checked out.
You can do deep breathing exercises to help your body you receive more oxygen. But I do not believe that that is the answer to your problems. The answers lie with the medical doctor.

you should check first with the doctor to see if it's actually your heart that's the problem because for instance it just might be a heartburn you get from the stuff you eat. it would hurt as if it was your heart but really it's just acid reflux near your heart so it would seem as if that's what's hurting.
