It's her hind legs, whenever she walks or runs her legs seem to give out for a second. It's on and off constantly, what could be wrong?

Balance is an inner ear problem. Whiskers don't help w/balance, they help the cat determine the width of spaces. You need to take her to a vet immediately. She may have a brain tumor or other disease.

This could be a sign of a number of things. Hind end paralysis or weakness is often a diabetic indication. It could also be a pinched nerve, a reaction to a fall that hit the spinal column, a cracked bone, a floating kneecap that pops out of place (my cat his this) or an imbalance of needed vitamins/minerals, among other things.

Don't wait on this. If it's checked out by a vet it could be completely treatable. This is not a normal thing for a cat so it does require someone to look at it.

Cutting cat's whiskers off does not cause them to lose their balance anyway, this is a myth.

Your cat needs to go to a vet. There a several things that could cause a cat to have problems with her hind legs, and none of them are good. Best case scenario it could be arthritis (is she old?) but it's quite likely to be neurological problems. Cats are naturally graceful and coordinated, when they start having problems like this you know it isn't good.

I'm not sure, but I would take her to the vet just to make sure it's nothing serious. Could be an inner ear infection or anything. Whiskers don't give a cat or any other animal balance. Little things sometimes indicate bigger problems.

Could be a number of things:
1) Cerebral Vascular problem. This is where the vessels in the brain are inflamed.
2) Vestibular disease (inner ear issue).
3) Brain Tumor
4) Inner Ear Infection.
You should take your kitty to the vet to make a diagnosis.
