For some its a struggle, for others they just die in their sleep, its up to the Good Lord up above. We all hope we go without much pain, Being a Christian I have no fear whatsoever of the afterlife but the painful act of geting there is another story, Since I have had a stroke I can tell you I was numb and then bam for about 10 seconds and then it was over, feelings started coming back in my arm, if that is the way I am going, then I could handle it, personally I hoping for the Rapture of the Church, I have been a Christian for a long time and I am ready to hear the Angel Gabrial blow his horn or showfar or whatever you call it and get us christians out of here.

Now it's my understanding that if a person was to fall off of or jump from a very high place.. the impact might be sOo great or the thought of what's about to happen to the falling one; May shock them or something & they'd die before hitting the ground do to a stroke or heart`attack!?!So NO FEELINGS would be possible !!. Also or finally: " Once the life-force leaves the soul/body.."No feeling is at all possible a.k.a.[impotent in death] `'R"r`r.r'r,r`.'

Death by some definition is the cessation of animated bodily function. In order to feel death we would have to somehow move outside the senses and the biology that makes all of us who we are.

But the question is an interesting one.

What would you see? Since one's eyes would not work the answer would probably be nothing. What would one feel? If one could feel the absence of everything this is the feeling one might have. Where would you be after you died? With your body is of course. Where else are you going to go?

I believe that the death of my body is like the destruction of a cage, or container which imprisons who I really am. It tethers me to earth. When that is destroyed or killed, I will be free again. I will know so much more in order to make completely informed decisions. Like do I want to get back into another body and go to school, (earth), again.
On the death bed of my aunt she took me to the edge of where she was. I was so worried about the pain she may be in, and where she was gonna go, etc. She pulled me out of my body and took me to where she was. It was wonderful, she was not in any pain, regardless of how her physical body was doing, and she was extremely happy. She basically told me not to worry, and the aforementioned information, as well as she was happy to finally be going home.
Blessed Be

Dying means that an organisms essential organs, including the brain, cease to function.

As the brains synapses cease to fire, a dying human would certainly feel for a small while and would become increasingly unaware of their environment. How quickly or which senses they lose first is entirely dependent on the situation.

Death can be painful, swift, or slow. And yes, pain would be involved unless you are under heavy medication. That's for the physical part of the question.

What happens after death is beautiful. It is like another life ahead of you.

Read the book below and you will gain valuable knowledge about what goes on after you die.

Let me assure you that the Bible teaches the life we live after we die will be real—just as real as this life, if not more so. We won't be in a state of dreamlike consciousness, but we will fully exist in body, mind and soul.

The pattern for this is Jesus Himself. When Jesus died on the cross and was laid in a tomb, His physical body was completely and absolutely dead. But He came back to life by the power of God—and when He did, He had a different type of body, without the limitations it once had. His resurrected body wasn't an illusion; it was a glorious and immortal body that was just as real as His earthly body had been.

And someday, if we know Christ, we too will be given new bodies—bodies like Christ's resurrected body. The Bible says, "So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable" (1 Corinthians 15:42). Our bodies in heaven will be real, and so will our whole existence. Only in this way will we be able to serve God.

But the real question is this: Are you ready for that day? Do you know—really know—that if you were to die tonight, you would go to be with Christ in heaven forever? You can know, by confessing your sins and your need of Christ, and trusting Him alone for your salvation. Salvation is real—and it can be yours by putting your faith and trust in Jesus Christ today.

From my experience caring for dying people ( I have been a nurse for 45 years). How you feel when you die has a lot to do with how you lived. I have seen the extreme---from just slipping peacefully away in their sleep to screaming and howling at (God only knows what). Live a good and holy life and you will have a peaceful and holy death.

I KNOW it's almost the same as now... You just feel lighter in weight. You feel good, because gravity is not pulling on you. You can see ultraviolet light just like bugs, even other invisible energies. When you die you will be where you are right now, but in a short while Gods spiritual gravity will pull your spiritual body to His world... I meditate.

Death is not a Supernatural being. We are born to die..and of course some die peacefully while others die a rather horrific death!.

The feeling of death I think is irrelevant as to where the spirit go after death. For the bible says that the flesh will go back to its natural form - clay, and the soul goes forth to God to where it belongs.

God Bless!
