The extended wear ones are very thin, so they are delicate to begin with.

Ever notice how wet paper, like a napkin, or a newspaper, will adhere to a table? Then how it tends to tear when you try to pick it up?

Pretty much the same thing.

You need to keep them wet.

It might have been old, dry, had a small tear in it, or you might have pinched it while trying to remove it. Try using no-rub solution, and just rinse the lens before and after use. Even the smallest tear in a contact lense feels like torture. Make sure you aren't sleeping in your lenses either, unless they are specifically designed for overnight-use.

have confidence me you will understand. Hurts like the dickens. Throw away and put in new one. in case you haven't any longer have been given any, pay to have touch lens examination ($seventy 5-ninety) and that they provides you with new pair to objective on.
