Donating blood = Decrease in blood volume.
Baroreceptor compensation mechanism will activate the sympathetic system and depress the vagal nerve tone.
This will result in activation of B1 receptors in the heart and will increase activity of the heart rsulting in temporary tachycardia.

the heart rate is higher after 24 hours of first donation or even less ,then the volume of the blood is remake by the body and finally you organism produce new red cells and you fell really well.It's got to donate blood cause doing this your blood is partially purified of fats,toxins and you help the others
